The South Carolina State Housing Finance and Development Authority not only administers programs that directly provide affordable housing to our citizens, we also partner with housing providers to assist them in meeting the affordable housing needs of the Palmetto State. Non-profit and for-profit organizations as well as governmental agencies can obtain financial assistance from SC State Housing in order to provide more housing opportunities to the citizens of South Carolina.
