Thank you for choosing to make your mortgage payment via our website. This system is accessible to our customers 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. There may be times when the system is down for maintenance and is inaccessible. All information entered on this site is highly secure. Secure servers protect your information using encryption and firewall technology throughout the payment process. Most browsers will show a lock icon in the status bar on secure pages. Look for this icon on any web page that asks for your personal information. Any information that you enter in this system will be used for the processing of your payment only and will not be shared with any third parties.
Please read the information below before proceeding.
Mortgage payments are due on the FIRST day of the month. Payments submitted after 8 p.m. EST daily will be posted the next business day.
To avoid late charges, the online payment must be submitted by 8 p.m. EST on the 16th of the month. Payments made after 8 p.m. on the last business day of the month will be reported to the credit bureau as late payments. To avoid being reported to the Credit Bureau, the online payment must be done by 8 p.m. EST on the last business day of the month. Payments may be submitted but are not processed on weekends or holidays.
Payments made online will be an electronic transaction and may be withdrawn from your account on the day we receive your payment. If you do not wish to have your online payment processed electronically, please use one of our other methods of payment, such as check, auto draft or MoneyGram (MoneyGram receive code is 3561).
|*IMPORTANT* When making an online payment, you will see the escrow shortage. If you have already paid the shortage, DO NOT pay it again. From the payment transaction page, please enter a zero in the escrow shortage box and click "Calculate Total Withdrawal." This removes the escrow shortage amount from the total payment.|
SC Housing will not be responsible for any errors in the information that you provide to process this online payment.
Please have your checking account or savings account information and your SC Housing mortgage information handy because you will need this to complete your online payment. You will need to enter the Routing number and checking account number as it appears on the bottom scan line of your check. Please be sure not to enter the check number that is also on the bottom scan line of the check as part of the checking account number. If these numbers are entered incorrectly the payment will be returned due to “No account/cannot locate” or “Invalid Account Number” and a $20.00 returned check fee will be charged to your loan.
Confirmation Number: The confirmation number you receive at the end of the online payment transaction is confirming you made a payment using the online system not that the payment cleared your bank.
SC Housing also offers the convenience of automatically drafting from your checking account and does not charge a service fee for the Auto-Draft process. We draft the mortgage payments on the 5th of each month. Contact a customer service representative for details on arranging a monthly draft for your mortgage payment.

Effective November 17, 2014, a change was made for using the online payment system on the Customer Care Network (CCN). It will no longer support older browser versions and you will be required to update to a modern browser to be able to use the system. You may visit “Browse Happy” at http://browsehappy.com to learn about and download a modern browser.

The email message below was sent on 8/19/2015 concerning password requirements for online accounts. It was not a spam message. The new password update requirement is now effective 9/20/15. If you are not yet using our online system, please sign up on our Customer Care Net at https://carenet.fnfismd.com/schousing/ACCLogin.jsp.
To further enhance security levels for our borrowers, the password requirements are changing for CCN, our online customer care network. Effective August 25, 2015, your password must contain 3 out of the following 4 requirements:
Uppercase Alphabetic A-Z
Lowercase Alphabetic a-z
Special Characters !|@#$%ˆ*()
You will be required to change the password at login to meet the new requirements. If your current password fails to meet the requirements identified above, the following message will display:
