Thank you for choosing to make your mortgage payment via our website. Please read the information below before proceeding.

PLEASE NOTE:
The new page layout and design has added security features for your protection in processing an online loan payment. With these new features, ALL users (new and existing) will be required to register as a new user. You will only have to register as a new user once.

All information entered on this site is highly secure. Secure servers protect your information using encryption and firewall technology throughout the payment process. Most browsers will show a lock icon in the status bar on secure pages. Look for this icon on any web page that asks for your personal information.

Payments submitted after 3 p.m. EST daily will be processed the next business day. Payments made online will be an electronic transaction and may be withdrawn from your account on the day we receive your payment. If you do not wish to have your online payment processed electronically, please use one of our other methods of payment, such as check, auto draft or MoneyGram.

This system is accessible to our customers 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. There may be times when the system is down for maintenance and is inaccessible. If your mortgage loan is due two (2) or more payments, this payment option is not available.

SC State Housing will not be responsible for any errors in the information that you provide. Any information that you enter in this system will be used for the processing of your payment only and will not be shared with any third parties.

The following information is necessary in order to complete an on-line electronic payment. If you are paying an additional amount above your normal monthly payment, please specify in the box titled "Special Instructions for Payment" how you want the additional amount applied to your account (for example: Escrow, Principal or Fees). Please have your personal checking account information as well as your SC State Housing mortgage information handy because you will need this to complete your online payment. You are prompted to enter a check number; however, it is not required.

SC State Housing also offers the convenience of automatically drafting from your checking account and does not charge a service fee for the Auto-Draft process. We draft the mortgage payments on the 5th of each month. Contact a customer service representative for details on arranging a monthly draft for your mortgage payment.
