This report on the audit of the basic financial statements of the South Carolina State Housing Finance and Development Authority and the accompanying schedule of expenditures of federal awards as required by U.S. Office of Management and Budget Circular A-133, Audits of States, Local Governments, and Non-Profit Organizations, for the fiscal year ended June 30, 2009, was issued by WebsterRogers, LLP, Certified Public Accountants, under contract with the South Carolina Office of the State Auditor.
